We always recommend all Discover Scuba divers to answer No as a full word when they have no health issues only, not as a lie on the questionnaire, but if they feel they have any doubt about answering a Yes, we ask them to talk to their instructor before going on the dive to evaluate other factors attached to that question and if safety or health are compromised, we ask them to see a doctor before going in the water.Īll divers who have tried Discover Scuba Diving, have to complete the same questionnaire, PADI printed the books trying to make them simple and easy to answer but added to the question you mentioned there are other factors to be confident it is safe for you to dive and our team evaluate participants before taking any risks. My son now hopes to continue the sport and return to dive again with Chui. I highly recommend Chui and Manta for this experience. My son completed the second dive which was out by the arch, and he came back up with more excitement than I have seen in a long time! (That says a lot about the experience when even a tween is full of enthusiasm). While the first dive location is busy on the surface, we were able to just be in awe of our surroundings, seeing hundreds of fish and other sea creatures, as Chui guided us safely around the reef and then to the surface for our exit point. Chui made sure we were comfortable the entire time, he was able to assess our skill level, and encouraged us to truly take in all of the beauty that the underwater world has to offer.
